Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon-Do is a fun, healthy way to develop flexibility, stamina, balance, coordination, self discipline and self defense. Tae Kwon Do is a traditional Korean Martial art and is widely known for its spectacular high kicks and powerful punches. The martial art class includes development of self-confidence, integrity and respect, as well as physical challenges.

Advanced (Yellow Belts & Up) - STARKS
The Y wants to develop confidence and self-esteem in youth, teens and adults. Tae Kwon Do teaches self-discipline, focus, and social skills. The 7pm class includes both Beginner (White) & Advanced (Yellow Belt & Up). Class is on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 pm.
Taekwondo Program Notice
Please be advised that our Taekwondo program is operated by an independent vendor. All program communication, including the purchase of uniforms, is managed directly by the instructor. Upon registration, each student will receive a New Student Newsletter outlining all required information and next steps.

Augusta South Tae Kwon Do
The Y wants to develop confidence and self-esteem in youth, teens, and adults. Tae Kwon Do teaches self-discipline, focus, and social skills. Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7 pm for White belts and 6:30-7:30 pm for Yellow belts and up.
