L.E.A.D Expo 2026. We Don’t Teach, We LEAD!
Location: Wilson YMCA on Saturday, August 22nd
Time: 1 pm – 6 pm. Check-ins Begin at 12:45 PM
           1 PM……… Introduction of all Directors & Cover SOPs
There will be 3 Sessions with 4 options to choose from in each session. There will be 15-minute breaks between each session.
Session #1, 1:30-2:15 pm – Ballroom Burn, Pilates & Barre, Muscle & Groove, Yoga
Session #2, 2:30-3:15 pm – Pilates & Barre, Muscle & Groove, Ballroom Burn, Yoga
Session #3, 3:30-4:15 pm – Muscle & Groove, Ballroom Burn, Pilates & Barre, Yoga
4:30-530 pm…..HYROX Introduction & Wrap Up
Childcare is provided from Check ins until Wrap up.
