Do you have spirit? North Jefferson’s Cheer Academy introduces youth ages 5-14 to the fundamentals of Cheerleading.

Cheer Academy will build self-confidence and self-esteem while developing social skills and healthy relationships with others. They will also develop healthy lifestyles through dance and movements. Participants learn routines, cheers, chants and stunts.

Note: Please wear closed toed athletic shoes, fitted pants/shorts and fitted shirt (no mid-drift exposed)

Thursday – We focus on cheers, chants and formations
