Your Effort Equals Transformation (Y.E.E.T) is a high-energy group training program designed for teens ages 13–17 of all fitness levels. Our small-group format combines personalized guidance with the motivation and fun of working out as a team. It’s the perfect environment for teens to build strength, confidence, and lifelong fitness habits—together.
