Youth Sports Performance Training

This program is designed for 12-15 year olds and focuses on improving the speed, strength, and power of young athletes. All participants will be working with a certified strength and conditioning coach who is a former Division 1 Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach,

Some of the areas of focus will be strength, agility, speed, plyometrics, power and injury prevention.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:30 am-11:30 am (8 sessions total per month) for Summer 2026.
